The website was launched in January 2012, with regular content updates made throughout its life. Site-wide enhancements to viewing experience, navigation, and usability were made in 2014 and 2016.
The site contents were captured by web crawls between September 25 and October 23, 2023, prior to the launch of a new City website on October 26, 2023. Related subdomains and external sites were not included in the capture.
