Information contained in these records include: plan number, permit number, legal description, civic address, name of owner, architect, contractor and tradesmen.

This Act was passed by the Provincial Government to aid in the promotion of better housing. Series documents loans by the City to individuals. Data elements include date, total of money paid, principal, interest, taxes, insurance, and administration. Monthly totals are calculated and carried forward to the beginning of each month.

This program was developed in 1973 by the federal government to encourage and support the efforts of municipalities in concert with neighbourhood residents toward the improvement of the physical environment in neighbourhoods needing improvements.
