Fonds consists of glass plate negatives of unidentified adults and children (presumably members of the extended Mulcahy family), William Mulcahy during his employment with the B.C. Electric Railway, streetcars, street scenes, and buildings. Also includes a scrapbook of clippings pertaining to the City of Victoria council that belonged to Frank Campbell, a tobacconist.
